Apple opens new store at Miami Worldcenter in downtown Miami
Apple has opened its latest flagship store at Miami Worldcenter, located in the heart of downtown Miami. The new store features a biophilic design that integrates greenery from its surroundings and incorporates rooftop green spaces, inspired by Miami’s vibrant and multicultural Latin American influences.
The store introduces the first dedicated Apple Pickup area in Miami, allowing customers to conveniently retrieve online orders. Its layout also emphasizes accessibility, with varied table and seating heights and widened pathways for wheelchair users. Additional features include a portable hearing loop for shoppers with hearing aids and an assistive listening loop at the Today at Apple table.
“Miami is a city with a history, culture, and life all its own, and we are thrilled to capture that energy with Apple Miami Worldcenter in downtown Miami,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People. “This new store brings Apple values to life in every detail, while celebrating the creativity of the city with an incredible lineup of in-store sessions.”
The store’s design emphasizes accessibility and inclusivity, aligning with Apple’s commitment to creating spaces that cater to all customers. In addition to providing product support and shopping services, the store offers creative sessions tailored to Miami’s cultural identity.
Apple Miami Worldcenter is the company’s 10th location in the Miami area.
